Novdeh Child Safety Standards

Novdeh has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) and child sexual abuse material (CSAM) in any form, on any part of the platform, and by anyone who uses it.

This standard applies regardless of the age, intent, or relationship of the people involved, and regardless of whether content is described as fictional, artistic, historical, or intended as commentary.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on Novdeh and will result in enforcement action:

• Creating, uploading, storing, sharing, or linking to child sexual abuse material (CSAM), in any format.
• Grooming: building a relationship with a minor, or a person believed to be a minor, with the intent to sexually abuse, exploit, or solicit them.
• Sextortion: threatening or coercing a minor into providing sexual content, payment, or continued contact.
• Sexual solicitation or exploitation of minors, including requesting sexual content or activity from a minor, or from someone presented or believed to be a minor.
• Facilitating child trafficking, or the trafficking, advertising, or distribution of sexual material involving minors.

If you see content or behavior on Novdeh that concerns you, report it right away using Novdeh's in-app reporting tools wherever they are available, or by contacting us directly at support@novdeh.com.

Please include as much detail as you can safely provide, such as the relevant profile, organization, article, message, or event, and a description of what concerned you. You do not need to investigate further before reporting.

If you or someone else is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services first.

Do not download, save, copy, screenshot, print, or forward content you suspect may be CSAM, even to report it, seek a second opinion, or warn someone else. Creating or sharing additional copies of suspected CSAM can itself be a serious criminal offense in most jurisdictions, including Denmark and across the European Union, regardless of intent.

Instead, report it through Novdeh's in-app reporting tools or to support@novdeh.com with a description and, where possible, a link or reference that lets us locate the content without you reproducing it.

When we receive a report, our trust and safety process typically includes the following steps, though the specific action taken depends on the nature of the report, the evidence available, and applicable legal obligations:

• Review: trained staff assess the report and the available context.
• Removal or restriction: content confirmed or reasonably suspected to violate this standard is removed or restricted, and related account or organization access may be limited while review is underway.
• Account action: accounts or organizations involved in violations are subject to suspension or permanent termination, consistent with our Terms of Service.
• Preservation: where required by applicable law, relevant records and content may be preserved for law enforcement, safety, or legal purposes, even after removal from public view.

Where required by applicable law — including Novdeh's obligations as a hosting provider under the EU Digital Services Act to notify law enforcement of suspected offenses that threaten a person's life or safety — Novdeh reports confirmed instances of CSAE or CSAM to the relevant competent national or regional authority, such as national law enforcement, Europol, or an authorized child protection organization operating in the applicable jurisdiction.

Not every report we receive results in a referral to an authority. Whether and how a report is escalated depends on the outcome of our review, the nature of the concern, and the legal obligations that apply in the relevant jurisdiction. Novdeh may also cooperate with law enforcement investigations and respond to valid legal requests.

Novdeh operates from Denmark. These Child Safety Standards are applied in accordance with applicable Danish law and applicable European Union law on child protection, online safety, and data protection, alongside the laws of other jurisdictions where relevant to a specific report or user.

These standards describe Novdeh's platform policy and do not limit, replace, or expand any legal obligation Novdeh has under applicable law.
